Basic photo editing and touch ups are included in the standard photo fees.
Sitting Fee: $125
Purchasing a CD of 30 pictures $50. This gives you all the rights to your pictures allowing you to do what you want with them.
**Add an extra $15 for including a jpeg format of a save the date, newborn or holiday card with your pictures added. 5x7 size available. To order a card without a CD of all your photos is $35.

Sessions
Sessions can last anywhere from 1-2 hours in length, but have no set time limit. Takahashi Photography services the entire Utah County Area, including Salt Lake City. Traveling outside a 10 mile radius of Rachel’s home, will be charged a reasonable mileage fee and can be discussed at the time of booking.
The session fee is $125 for up to six people. The session fee covers time and talent. This fee is due at the time of your scheduled appointment and is non - refundable. You will be shown a minimum of 15 proofs from your session in a private online gallery that will stay online for 90 days or you will be given a CD with up to 30 photos. Photos provided to you are chosen based on artistic merit, quality and overall appearance. At no time will all photos taken at your shoot be available for viewing. Photos that do not meet the photographer's proofing criteria are destroyed after initial processing.
Newborn sessions are best scheduled within the first 2 weeks, and are also best photographed sleeping. Please schedule your toddlers or young child's session at the time of day they are the most rested.
The question is always asked - what should be worn? Clothing can be simple, stylish, classic or hip! ~ but since Rachel will be coming to your location, have several outfits ready and have Rachel make recommendations.
Takahashi Photography is usually booked at least 3 weeks in advance, so please plan your scheduling accordingly.
Proofs and Policies
Proofs are shown on a private online gallery within a week of your scheduled session. Terese will email you the link to view the photos. This link will remain active for three months. Contact sheets will also be provided to assist you in your ordering process and can be provided to those who do not have internet access. Once your order is placed, prints can normally be received back within two weeks. Minor touch ups to face etc will be done at no charge. Takahashi Photography reserves the right to charge for additional work if deemed necessary, i.e. major touch ups due to acne, or other reasons. Remember, she is a photographer, not a graphic artist... it’s not her JOB to fix things... if your child gets in an accident where major touch ups are needed - please consider rescheduling!
If no order is made within THREE MONTHS after your session, files will be purged. Inactive session files will not be kept. Active sessions will be kept in archived files for one year. After one year, a fee of $100 will be charged if you need prints retrieved for future use. Reprints are at the current price.
